What visitors see

Your site's home page, a listing's page, the Contact page and the light and dark switch, as a visitor meets them

ST-11Your siteAll sections ↓

Your site is a calm, fast page that works on every phone and computer. There is nothing for a visitor to sign in to, and nothing they do is kept.

The top of every page

Your name and subtitle at the top left, your phone number at the top right (a tap calls it), and in the Cards layout a search box. Under them, the tabs: your listings, your pages, Contact. A header photo, if you have one, runs behind all of it. See Header photo (ST-3).

The home page

Your listings, newest first, with the count and the ways to sort them, and any category buttons. See Search, sorting and categories on the site (ST-12). In the Cards layout each listing shows its cover photo, its name, its price or its When empty, show… text (such as Call for price), its mark when its status has one (Sold, Pending), and its summary. In the Gallery layout each piece is its picture alone, with a red dot when sold.

Your About text follows, at the bottom of the page.

A listing's page

  • Its photos: the cover at the top (in Cards, across the header), and every photo and video below as tiles. Tapping one opens a full-screen viewer that steps through them with a swipe, the arrows or the arrow keys.
  • Its name, price and mark, and its summary.
  • Its details: the schema's fields that are on the website, under their labels. Fields in the headline and the price are left out, since the title and the price line already say them.
  • Its description.
  • Call, Text and Email buttons, for the contact details you have filled in.

A sold listing stays visible, marked, until you hide it. A hidden listing is not on the site at all.

The Contact page

Your hours, phone, text number and email as links, and your address, which opens in Maps. It appears only when Site details has at least one of them.

Light and dark

When your theme has both, the site follows the visitor's device, with a small switch to change it (in the footer, or at the top right in the Gallery). See Themes (ST-7).

For search engines

Every page is real, readable HTML, with a description and a picture for link previews and a sitemap, so search engines and shared links show your listings properly. Nothing else about your site is sent anywhere.
