Showcaser is almost entirely our own code. These are the parts made by others, or by us under an open source license. Thank you to everyone who made them. Each is used under the license named below; the full texts are at the end.

Figtree

A typeface an owner can choose for the text of their showcase. Our service sends a Latin subset of it, as a WOFF2 file, to visitors' browsers and to the app's font preview.

Our own code, not open source

The app's interface (Outerface), the theme rules that turn a few colors into a showcase's palette, and the code that builds showcases and this website are Manolab's own, and are not published under an open source license. The app also uses Apple's frameworks, under Apple's license for the App.

SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1

Figtree and Julius Sans One are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Its full text is in the file OFL-1.1.txt beside this notice, which the app carries with its other legal texts, and at openfontlicense.org. In short, the license lets the fonts be used, studied, modified and redistributed freely, bundled with software, but not sold by themselves; a modified version may not use a Reserved Font Name; and the fonts come with no warranty.
